Payment policy

Payment is due at the time of ordering, even for pre-order products. The customer can pay using credit cards, check, bank transfer or Paypal. Cards issued by banks domiciled out of France must obligatorily be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). The online payment using credit cards is safely made by the payment service provider Atos. The payment datas provided by our customers are encrypted before being transmitted to us over the Internet and cannot be read. Once the payment is done by the customer, the amount is immediately debited after the informations have been checked. According to the Article L.132-2 of the french Monetary and Financial Code, The commitment to pay given by using a card is irrevocable. By providing the bank transfer upon the sale, the customer allows the company Opale Aerosystem SARL to debit his card of the amount related to the indicated price. The customer approves that he is the legal holder of the debited card and that he has legally the right to use it. In the event of an error, or the impossibility to debit the card, the sale is immediately terminated as of right and the order is canceled.

Shipping policy

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was provided during the order process and in the delivery time indicated. This delivery time does not include the preparation of the order.

The shipping time depends on the available quantities of the products placed in the order. All products is delivered without guarantee regarding the delivery times, those depending on the delivery service chosen (standard or express) and on the destination department or the destination country of the products.

In case of delivery delays, the customer has the opportunity to terminate the contract under the conditions and terms defined in the Article L 138-2 of the french Consumer Code. The company Opale Aerosystem SARL will refund the product and the shipping fees under the conditions defined in the Article L 138-3 of the french Consumer Code. The company Opale Aerosystem SARL provides a contact phone number indicated in the order confirmation email to ensure the order monitoring. The company Opale Aerosystem SARL reminds that from the moment when the customer takes physical possession of the goods, the loss risk or the risk of damage are transferred to him. It belongs to the customer to notify any reserves regarding the product delivered.

If it is a transaction between entrepreneurs (B2B transactions), the shipping risk is transferred to the recipient when the seller has handed over the goods to the logistics company.
