Shipping and return policies

Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature (only for France and Monaco). They may also be sent as express parcels via Colissimo Expert with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as transport. The handling costs are fixed, whereas the transport costs vary depending on the weight of the parcel. We recommend that you to gather your products in one order. We cannot gather two separates orders because shipping costs shall apply to each orders. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Les dimensions des boîtes sont appropriées et vos articles sont correctement protégés. The dimensions of the packages are appropriates and your products are properly packaged.

Return policy

The product will be return with the method of shipment of the customer’s choice, but with tracking and drop-off with signature, and the shipment costs will be at his expense.

It must be return as a whole and in its original packaging in perfect condition to the following address :
