Organized by Opale Paramodels' staff and Comet Club, the event welcomed in a sympathetic atmosphere numerous participants, who had sometimes driven a long time to come, to spend a weekend of air debauchery and plenty of acrobatics tricks, under a heavy sun and favorable conditions to take off our favorites flying aircrafts. After cordial greetings and the reminder of the day by the pleasant organizers, let's move to the festivities! To the program: advice to the beginners pilots by the experts, free flight, pylon race and display of the novelties made in Opale Paramodels !
Pilots who were there could have tried in preview and without restraint the Oxy 5.0, impressive by its greatness and its realism, the aptly named Power 1.1 so much we can feel the power which gets free of it and Hybrid 1.8, combination of singleskin and doubleskin technology. But the other wings from the brand were there too! Oxy 1.0, Oxy 1.5, Fox RS or Spiral 1.2 proudly deployed in the sky in Cessieu, for most great pleasure of youngs and bigs, from 7 to 77 years old! Mixed with gliders, multicopters, helicopters...the aeromodelling ground provided an outstanding ballet of acrobatics, with huge landscapes in the background! Gathered around sausages and aperitif, festival-goers put their hearts to introduce their model, no matter their experience nor their level. To be brief, it was a weekend placed under the sign of exchange, sharing and the love of aeromodelling. See you next year for version 2.0 !
